This is new new slogan they came up with at a cost of approximately $4,000 per letter :
"Rich With Opportunity"
To me, this slogan is telling the world we aren't so great right now, but at some point in the future we might be pretty darn good. Maybe. If we can just do something with that whole "opportunity" thing.

I used to live in West Virginia. For a long time, it was "Almost Heaven," which I loved. Then, they changed it to "Wild, Wonderful, West Virginia. That was okay. Now, it's "Open For Business." It's just so cheap, like a sign a hooker might wear. It's kind of sad.
Opportunity's the spin word for problem . . . if I got paid $4,000 per letter, I'd never shut up (some say I don't anyway). Face it, after 'We Oil The World,' nothing compares.
$76,000 for that? Heck, I'm in the wrong business!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Opportunity... so that's what that smell is.
Leslie - Oh, that's sad!
George - Hahahaha!! I remember "We Oil the World." Remember the logo? The world with someone pouring a can of oil over it? Hahahahaha!!!
Texas Gal - No kidding.
Just... - Yeah.
Jen - Hahahaha!!!
Now after blowing the $76,000 - someone needs to spray paint WAS in front of it.
Grimm - Hahahaha!!! It was rich for them, that's for sure.
