Must...Eat...More...Chocolate

As I was eating a Lindt Lindor Truffle a while ago, I read the back of the bag and it said one serving is three pieces.

So, I ate two more pieces.

Don't want to piss off the chocolate gods.

Dang. I must have pissed somebody off. The only chocolate I can eat from now on has to be the sugarless variety. The rumor is that sugarless chocolate and other candies gives one gas. Just a rumor. I haven't experimented yet. Perhaps, I will. Behind closed doors.

I think you did exactly the right thing. I'm pretty sure those high-strung chocolate gods would smite down anyone eating only one piece.

I have chocolate at home, but I haven't yet gotten into my REAL weakness -- fudge.

Dave - Go for it publicly. I think everyone should feel your pain. Of course, you're all the way in Florida, so, I'm pretty safe. :)

Serena Joy - I LOVE fudge! It's my favorite kind of chocolate. I still haven't tried that fudgy drink at Starbucks though. I'm afraid I would love it too much.

I have a similar desire not to upset the Whisky Gods. Since there is no info on the bottle that says what constitutes a serving, I have decided that the 750ml bottle (a.k.a. "The Fifth") is the convenient single-serving size. Hic!

Why am I not surprised that you love fudge? LOL. I guess I'm a little weird, though, in that I like my coffee straight up, no flavorings. It has to be GOOD coffee, too -- I mix Community Coffee (bought online from LA) with Starbucks (bought at Wal-Mart), half and half. Really wakes me up in the morning.

WordVer: crbuuam. Sounds like what you'd say when you hear a big bang after a couple too many drinks. LOL.

One of our patients brought me a chocolate sampler today -- and boy did I eat all 4 pieces!

I work very hard at pleasing both the chocolate gods AND the whiskey gods. (But I'm not as tough as you, Pokerboss. 3 fairly stout shots is all I can take.)

Pokerboss - Hahahahahaha!

Serena Joy - Our office makes 5 different pots of 5 different types of Community coffee every morning and I mix them all up. YUM!

La Sirena - I guess I need to start appeasing the tequila gods.

Funny you should mention chocolate. My son just brought me a piece with coconut inside. Not too much chocolate for me. Gives me migraines.

I am happy to say that chocolate goes a long way towards relieving my occasional semi-migraines. Sometimes I suspect that I "use" chocolate as an upper.

Roxan - I feel bad for people who can't eat TOO MUCH chocolate. I had a Lindor Truffle and a Millionaire for breakfast. :)

Laura - The perfect medicine.
