Foreigner

I just got back from seeing Foreigner at a Christmas party. Yeah, I'm just that cool. It was fantastic and I'm deaf as a post because we stood right by the stage in front of what I thought was a monitor but turned out to be a speaker. What? Did you say something?
Here is Jack's more better post about the concert.

It sure sounded loud, but "hot blooded"
Thanks SM.

But "That Was Yesterday".

I love Foreigner as "Juke Box Hero" is one of my All-Time favorites.

Just heard that "The New Cars" are going on tour with Todd Rundgren on leads. That is just scary.

Not more better; just more different.

I officially love Jack.

Susan - It was very hot and I'm not talking about the temperature.

Grimm - Hey, I love Todd Rundgren and the Cars. From the songs I've heard, they sound good, too.

Jack - You da man.

Lorna - Jack rocks.

Do I even want to know who hired Foreigner for their private Christmas party?

Serena Joy - Thank goodness for people who have more money than they know what to do with and don't mind sharing.

Pokerboss - You were SO right! It was fantastic. I would go back tonight if they were playing again.

Laura - That would be the one and only Mr. Brent Coon.

I should have guessed that. It's kind of, um, obvious now that you said it out loud! If he'd only been kind enough to invite the entire JCBA, you would probably have met me there!

WHAT...WHAT...WHAT DID YOU SAY????

Yes it was way cool. I especially liked the ROCK N ROLL that came bursting out of usually quiet and reserved special op Jack.

It was great

Laura - I'm surprised he doesn't, actually. I'm sure we'll run into each other eventually. We have at least one acquaintance in common and probably more.

Baby Sis - And, you GOT A DRUMSTICK!!!!!!!!

So you were as deaf as a post, but did you have "Double Vision"? It's "Urgent" that you tell us.

Did the "Dirty White Boy"s sound so good that you though to yourself that it "Feels Like the First Time"?

OK -- I'll quit with my dorky "Head Games"?

How much fun is that? I'm going to have to start crashing parties in Beaumont.

La Sirena - We love dorky head games here. Geeks and dorks, remember? Come on down. We'll entertain you.

But did you ask the all-important question, 'I Wanna Know What Love Is,' and -- did you get an answer?

Laurie said...

Serena Joy - Nah, I know everything there is to know about love.

Hahahahahaha! Oh, I crack me up.
