My internet connection is down at home again. It went down at about 2:00 a.m. New Year's Day and Roadrunner Level 3 Support (I've been forwarded to critical care) is off until Monday. I'm writing this at work so I have to be quick before I get busted.
While I was looking on the internet while at my mom's house New Year's Day to see if I could fix the problem myself, I came across this quote on a tech support site:
