High Hitler

The prize for Most Unintentionally Humorous Title for an Educational Program goes to the History Channel for High Hitler. The program was a documentary about Hitler's drug abuse.

I wasn't going to post about this but when I grinned every time I thought about it today, I couldn't help myself. I would understand if it was a sitcom on the WB or UPN or a National Lampoon movie, but a documentary on the History Channel?

High Hitler. That's funny.

If it was called "High, High Hitler" it could almost pass for a musical.

That makes me think of "Springtime for Hitler" from The Producers.

I have asked so many people if they saw that and nobody did...it left me thinking that I was dreaming. Thank goodness I wasn't.

Ruby was hallucinating. Painting Chef was dreaming. I was wacky on the junk. Maybe none of us saw it.

Did you all get high watching the hitler program??
Was that a defense for what he did?

Zina - his bad guts and alleged Parkinsonism actually were blamed for the downfall of the German army rather than for his agression in the beginning. (I can't answer about the getting high thing because mom reads the blog. Hi, mom.)

I watched this a few months ago. The title IS the best. The same producers have one next month, called "Goering Nowhere: The Trial of Hermann Goering" ...Actually, I lied, but that's a pretty snappy title. I'm in the wrong business.
