Laurie, our dog before Trudy was a doberman. She was the sweetest dog, but she scared the you-know-what out of the people who came to our door! She had what I called "T-Rex eyes"--very flat looking. But they sparkled and had little hearts in them when they looked at us, of course :-)

I just got a "NOTICE OF HIGH-RISK SEX OFFENDER IN COMMUNITY" post card from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
I never got one of those before. Curious timing.
