I was listening to the seventies channel on XM today and the theme song for Chico and the Man came on. The song made me think about the shock we all felt when we heard that Freddie Prinze had committed suicide. In retrospect, the song feels like a plea to the young Freddie Prinze. So sad.

Very sad. :(
On another note, I'll have "Chico & The Man" stuck in my head for the rest of the day.
(Word verification: qzdogygg. Makes me think of my many Snoop Dogg references...)
I often sing "Chico & the Man" to myself. Thanks for posting it.
Aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh! Glamourbelly, Stu's anniversary, Freddy Prinze, Home Depot! I ought never to go away without my laptop!
Yes, I used to think that same thing when I heard the theme to "Chico and the Man" after Freddie died. Suicide is painful.
Jen - So sad.
La Sirena - I forgot what a nice song it was.
Lorna - I need to buy myself a laptop. I felt the same way when I got back from the beach.
Comfort Addict - Yes, it is.
