National Guard Spooked by New Orleans Spirits
This link was sent to me by Wang Chi. It's a report from a San Francisco television station about National Guard troops having ghostly encounters while helping out in New Orleans.

Lory KC - That would explain a lot of what goes on in that French Quarter.
I told you and Mr. Wang Chi that the Ghost and Spirits of New Orleans were protecting the French Quarters and other old areas of the city. Hooo ! ! ! Check out my time - my Ghost is keeping me awake.
Mom - I hope some ghosts will be protecting us this weekend!
