What I wanna know is: What's happening to the birds?

It is what I call my "Wake Up Time"
2:30 a.m. As you know Dad and I have made donations to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in Memphis, TN for years. We received this informational letter last week, "Our scientiss have doubled the world's knowledge of the genes and proteins of bird flu virus genomes, and all of this informtion is being made publicly available in a central database run by the National Institutes for Health so that researchers around the world can study it. This research has shed needed light on this mysterious virus and will eventually equip scientists and doctors with the tool they need to reduce the risk of a worldwide pandemic." It was much longer but this was the most important section.

Mom - Good to know someone's working on it.

Scary stuff. Germany is like my neighbor. It is a good thing I am moving and crossing a canal.
