I believe that it is in direct coralation to the GREEDY BASTARDS (and GREEDY HOs) running this country. They don't even worry about our social security since they have their own retirement plan. They already have their degrees. CEOs AND athletes are paid way out of proportion to our teachers, police officers, firemen and other first responders. Lets pay the CEOs to have parties while our children go hungry and have no health care. aaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggghhhh.

Natale festa più magica dell'anno.
Tutto si colora di oro e d'argento, e tutto intorno si illumina di mille luci.
Come scorre veloce il tempo .
La notte brilla di colore sull'abete, nel buio ammiro giochi di luci variopinti. Le case sono in festa e il piccolo presepe ha un anno in più. L'augurio è quello di accendere una luce nel cuore dei tristi e di colorare la vita delle persone grigie, magari regalando un sorriso sincero agli amici e donando un abbraccio caloroso a chi amiamo.
Auguro a tutti di sentire ,in questo clima così di festa,
che qualsiasi desiederio racchiudiate nel vostro
cuore possa sentirsi un pò più reale..
e di sentersi sempre ........così,non solo a natale.

The world did not evolve this way. These conditions were foisted on us by right wing economic fundamentalists, because it suits their purposes to have a large, compliant, uneducated working class grateful to have jobs, no matter how menial and low-paying.

Excellent questions. However, I spent my first college years at one of the country's most expensive colleges, and then I transferred to Southern Connecticut State University. Southern was hands down the better school at a fraction of the price. I also felt less intimidated by the ultra-rich,most of whom were really, really cool and down to earth,but I still felt like I was on a different planet.
Larry - I totally agree with you on that.
Rebecca - I know what you mean about the ultra-rich. The wealthiest people I've known were much more down to earth than the moderately rich people I've known.
Why?
Because people are stupid.
