Zydeco Louisiana Diner - Crockett Street, Beaumont, Texas
Mom and I had lunch downtown today at Pancho Villa, then walked down to the new Zydeco Louisiana Diner which is in the space previously occupied by Hog Wild on Crockett Street. The menu describes it as: "South Louisiana Home Cooking Served Cafeteria Style!" The food looked and smelled amazing and I can't wait to try it. (Click on the menus below for a bigger view.)

I eat at the Houston location regularly and love this place! Especially on Wednesdays when they serve chicken ficasse. How great that they now have a Beaumont location.
