Think you could spot a snake in a pile of leaves? Snakes and alligators have become a big problem in parts of southeast Texas since Hurricane Ike.
There's a snake in the first picture. Study it closely before you look at the second picture where the snake is circled.
Here's another word of caution (besides watch out for snakes and gators). Watch out for all those huge broken branches that haven't fallen, yet. Go into your yard and look up. Scary, right?
Now, here's the snake...
Did you see it in the first picture?

Yikes! Be careful Laurie!
I could see it but only because you told me to look, I could see the pattern, but if it wasn't patterned I would have never seen it.
I'd be wearing my hiking boots everywhere if I was there now.
I couldn't see it at all. Blah! Now I've got the willies. I'm not a fan of snakes.
What Susan said.
Man. Was this in your yard?
Susan - I never saw it.
Leslie - Nasty!
Just - It wasn't in my yard. It was from an e-mail somebody sent me.
Yikes! Copperhead!
Glad you and your family are okay, Laurie. Sorry I've been out of touch.
