Two Things That Make Sense When You Say It In My Family

"Dad's taking off his makeup."
(My dad's a professional clown.)

"Whenever I see pigs I think of you."
(Aunt Hazel collects all things piggish.)

Fabulously funny ;-)

Then there's your cross-dressing brother...

Barrie - Those things were actually said over the holidays!

Just - Oh, man! I was trying so hard to think of a third one. That would have been a perfect addition...with picture. Hahahaha! I blame my stomach virus for the oversight.

I could be completely off on this, but did your dad (or brother) at one time sell ads that were mounted above urinals in men's restrooms in various bars around town? I seem to remember that, but my memory from those days is hazy at best.

If not, I apologize in advance. If so, I have many fond memories of standing in the Handlebar or Hoffbrau restrooms, offloading some beer and reading the ads.

LOL!!! Good ones!

Sorry you are unwell, seems like everyone is these days. I hope you feel better soon.

You didn't recently watch Momma Mia did you? I heard a rumor that a certain actor's singing in that film can give you strep... ;-)

They make sense in my family, too. Oddly enough, Dad is not a clown and no one collects pigs.

I love, nay, LOVE your family!

Inca - As far as I know, neither my dad or brother sold restroom ads. Does sound like something my family would be involved in though.

Susan - No strep, just a stomach virus then a sinus situation.

Steve - Hahahahaha!!!!!

Lorna - Me, too. :)

Your dad is a clown! How cool is that? Does he do birthday parties, (snigger)?

Thanks for your birthday wishes!

Bee - He does do parties and I'm sure he'd love to come to your next birthday...if you pay the expenses, of course. :)
