Pain Killers Recalled

Eleven million bottles of acetaminophen have been recalled because they contain metal shavings.

If a person has to ingest metal shavings, I suppose in combination with pain killers would be the preferred method.

  3. Don't take with water, the metal will rust, not good.

  4. Jen T.-- That's a pretty nasty combination. Do you have a liver donor lined up yet?

    Word Verification: "womean"
Seriously. I believe that's what Lewis Carroll referred to as a "portmanteau." And an apt one at that.

  5. Jen - Tequila makes everything better...except next mornings...and internal organs.

    Larry - Good one!

Peter - Hahahaha! You guys are cracking me up!!

Jack - I would offer her my liver when I'm done with it, but, well, you know.

  6. It's not just the tequila that's bad for the internal organs. Over time, acetaminophen + alcohol = liver failure. It's a bad combination.

  7. Jack - Yeah, I used to take two acetaminophen before going to bed after a night of drinking to prevent a hangover until Terry caught me. Yet another reason nobody will want my liver.
