This appears to be a pure 1Khz tone (which is a C#) at -150db. I didn't hear it, and I'd be real surprised if anyone could hear it. Still, if it annoys teenagers, I'm down.
I hear that sound sometimes in class. Some kids have it as their ringtone, and think I can't hear it. They're always surprised when I bust them with their phones out.
