At least the 60 year-old speed freak who shot him drove him to an ambulance. I think he should get a pass on all those felony charges.

I saw that in the paper this morning and thought, "WTF?!" Nutrias aren't that big. I think it would be impossible for anybody in their right (and not drugged out) mind to mistake a full grown man for one.
Poor guy! The guy with the gun must be a real "winner". At least he took him to the hospital. I enjoyed the comments at the bottom of the article.
