Looks like a maltese. God, I HATE them. One of my ex-bosses had one named, of all things, Muffin. That dog barked at anything. You walked in and got barked at. I always wanted to punt that dog like a football, not that I'd really do that to an animal, but it just got on my nerves. There, I'm done venting!!
If that was my dog, I wouldn't let them out of the house in that outfit. Good grief.
